My husband drove an hour to the auction. Only to get there and find out they let some one take the hats. The women did not even apologize. Then he has to drive an hour back home empty handed. No remorse from the business owner. We planned our whole day around this. Do they not review items and receipts before people leave? Beware if you bid on anything through them!
