Evening clerk and night clerk did not provide good service. The morning shift lady was much better. Had multiple issues with keys no longer working to our room. Digital key never worked. The room was a little outdated, but clean. Breakfast was standard. Basically, when we come back to this city, we will choose a different hotel.

Love the size of the room. I will say there are lots of hotels of the same caliber around. The hospitality here is great!! We prefer to stay here over others around. Chris was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you to him for improving our stay. Carol was very friendly too!

I never had a bad experience at the Hampton Inn, and this place was no different. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast filling, the staff friendly.

Staff encountered were nice. The app said we had an extended 2 pm checkout which the front desk seemed to not think that was a thing. However she handled it very well and accommodated our noon checkout. The room was nice and did not find any major issues. However, once we went to get ice the bucket had water in it. There was also a used washcloth left in tub and the tub had not been thoroughly cleaned. Location and entry was a little odd but it all worked out. Seemed like a decent area as well.Food & drinks: Starbecks smokehoyse- food was amazing. About 10 minutes from hotel. We ordered carry out and food was still great by the time we got back to hotel

Hotel room keys had to be remade every time we needed to access the room and they would only work one time, then deactivate. We were there for 4 nights. The last night, we got in after a long day, needed a new key made, went to the desk and there was a post-it note saying it was shift change and someone would be there within 20 minutes. Not sure when it was placed there, but we had to sit and wait for over 30 minutes until someone showed up. We were locked out of our room the entire time, and the whole hotel was left without an employee on site for that entire time. HUGE safety issue. There was also a gentleman that tried to get a room during that time, and left due to nobody working. In addition, the hotel had a weird smell, the evening employee was always outside with her friends whenever we needed something (like a new key made again). We had multiple friends staying there that also had the same issue. In addition, the bathrooms had no fans. Trying to get 3 people showered and ready was terrible. The room felt very damp. Whole hotel had a bad smell to it. Would not recommend staying here.

They are liars and the manger Cayenne told me that suburban hotel told her they couldn't see who broke windshield but i called they told me there cameras not working for all paying customers if something happens to your vehicle on there lot they told me they are not responsible and they don't have cameras also i told her the lady name Jackie i showed her Cayenne got smart with me said we r not responsible mind u she just lied to me and said Suburban hotel told her they didn't c anything on there camera mind when i called they said camera not working Cayenne is dishonest and rude and she is not at all truthful this is Hampton Hilton manager i thought this place was safe Not! Watch out the lady Jackie they allowed her to to talk crazy to me wouldn't apologize then walk off and close the door who allows there workers to that finally i always get king room close to thee elevator made my reservation get there my is changed mind u 4th floor at the end of the hallway beware they do not care about paying customer rude and they do not have camera i don't want no one to go through what i went through rude and they will lie on u we r paying customer mind i am a Hilton honors customer and this the way they treated me disappointed and hurt

Just disappointed we were not told ahead of time or at check in that the pool was not working. My child was disappointed. We would have stayed elsewhere with a pool had we been given the information. In need of renovations. The bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. Dirty comforter. I have stayed at a lot of Hilton/Hampton in properties. This one did not impress

Unsure of who worked the night we came in, but I want to say they may need more training or just more focus. I handed her a credit card for her to put on file and my license. She had gotten distracted by a guy who had left their phone there. I had to ask for my ID back, and in the morning was told that the card I had given the first lady last night never made it to my file nor finished the check in process. Or as the lady in the morning said "They never finish the steps."I was thankful for the end room, however the weird dried liquid marks on the carpet were definitely a concern... It was all along the floor near the door and on the floor near the wall on the one side of the bed. Looked like someone spilled a lot of something on the floor, and no it wasn't bodily fluids, at least I hope not. Still definitely worrisome for a small family with a 1 year old child and dog.The room itself was pretty small, but it worked for what we needed it for. Beds were cleaned, I thoroughly checked every pillow, sheet and cover.The bell hop carts need some WD-40 or something for those wheels, any idea how noisy those are just pushing them through the long hallways, concerned if you may have woken another guest? Lets put it this way, my husband said while he was in the room at the END OF THE HALL "I could hear you comin a mile away." Yea... Pretty loud. So loud I'm sure I heard other guests complaining as I was pushing it through.If I'm honest, I probably wouldn't stay at this location again. Just the floor in our room screamed "I need a thorough carpet cleaning."

I’ll start by saying I would probably stay again but this place really needs a makeover, especially for what they’re charging. The wallpaper in our room was peeling and we needed to get new physical keys because our app key did not work either. With that said, staff were kind (although there does not seem to be much or an enforced dress code), breakfast area was clean and food was good, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. With a little more work this hotel could be wonderful.
