“I stopped in the Waterloo store Monday afternoon (3/10) about 3:30. I needed help in the frame section. The young lady that so pleasantly helped me was a framing specialist named Jasmine. I have to say, her specialty was not just frames. She scored a 100% in customer service. Not only did she help me find what I was looking for, but she measured and cut some pictures for me and made some suggestions too! I greatly appreciate her attentiveness to me. She was very, polite, respectful and a little "cutie pie" ? I'm really big on customer service. There just aren't enough sales clerks like Jasmine. she could have half heartedly pointed off in some direction for me to go, but no, she walked to the area with me, stayed and followed through on my selection.( she even let me know about the sales- 50% off).THANK YOU JASMINE!!
