“I was looking for a new living room set and these guys were awesome. They gave me the space to look around on my own and would come and check on me every now and then. They went above and beyond to find me the power loveseat I wanted when they only had a couple left in stock for the whole United States. They found my power loveseat when they first thought there were only manual love seats left! Thank you guys as you are going to make my knee replacement recovery so much easier with the power reclining loveseat instead of a manual and I will be way more comfortable as well!!”

“I stopped in the Waterloo store Monday afternoon (3/10) about 3:30. I needed help in the frame section. The young lady that so pleasantly helped me was a framing specialist named Jasmine. I have to say, her specialty was not just frames. She scored a 100% in customer service. Not only did she help me find what I was looking for, but she measured and cut some pictures for me and made some suggestions too! I greatly appreciate her attentiveness to me. She was very, polite, respectful and a little "cutie pie" ? I'm really big on customer service. There just aren't enough sales clerks like Jasmine. she could have half heartedly pointed off in some direction for me to go, but no, she walked to the area with me, stayed and followed through on my selection.( she even let me know about the sales- 50% off).THANK YOU JASMINE!! You deserve to be recognized.”

“I love the store , but it needs to LOOK LIKE A RETAIL STORE. Don't get me wrong, it needs a lot of ORGANIZING in the appeal departments. All I'm asking is for you to LIVE UP TO REPUTATION that you're known for throughout the country. That's not too much to ask for organization, is key?”

“Pleasant assistant Mike S. told us the sales and left us to browse. Always nice to have the information and then some personal space. He checked in periodically and made the experience very smooth and unimposing”
