Right away, during our out of state moving process, he worked to assist all of our needs for insurance and all the details that come with switching companies, policies and state requirements that were new to us. He explained things in detail, took the time to make sure we didn’t miss things that were unfamiliar to us, and made sure we got every available discount. Recently I needed to utilize the claims services, and he was very quick to respond, to make sure all paperwork was easy to complete, and that our needs were taken care of so we didn’t have to worry during a stressful time. He continued to follow up also to make sure we were all ok, beyond the scope of the typical insurance-service-relationship.
