Poor customer service. We are standing in line waiting and a female clerk put the closed sign up when we are in line and this guy comes in and she takes the sign down to check him out but not us? Hmmmmmm……. I hate to say what it is but let’s just say my boyfriend is not white. Sounds like someone maybe uhhhhh racist. And had the nerve to smile at us. Needless to say we put the pop down we were gonna buy and didn’t fill up the gas like we intended on. Going somewhere else where the staff isn’t judgmental.

I come here about 3 times a day on average, sometimes 8 times... I meet people on the sale group here too .. love the place ,love the people 5 out of five highly recommend..

This is my favorite Kwik Star in Waterloo. They may not be the biggest, but the associates are always friendly when I'm there. There is always hot food, even and 2 am. Definitely recommend. ?

This kwik star on fletcher is unfortunately consistently awful. Alwayssssss give me wrong cigs, yes I should check them but y’all should really know. Lines are always long in the early morning when I have no time to wait. Today I have made the choice to nix this Kwik star off my route even tho it’s the most convenient location and only adds one minute to my route but everything else makes it up to 7 or 8 minutes longer -everything else is super inconvenient and disappointing.
