I bought a car from here. No problems with the vehicle at all. Got behind on my payments due to a life event, they took the vehicle. Once again no problem I get that. I had an accident a week before this happened. I was already working with my insurance company on getting the car fixed, $500 deductible full coverage. I told Dan I would be taking it to someone I knew which he insisted I have them do the work. I went in and made up all payments with the repo fee. Dan says I can't have the car back unless he dies the work to it. I told him I would be taking it somewhere else in which he won't give me back my vehicle. I talked to the attorney generals office who let me know this is highly illegal. I read every word if the purchase agreement that I signed. It is not part of our agreement I have to get the work done there. I have legal Aid helping me now to figure out the different legal avenues I can use to recoop from this nightmare. Liberty 1 is amazing! This one though do Not do business with.

We bought a f-150.. Dan is very professional and friendly not pushy at all, and made sure our buying experience was great and went above and beyond for us!! This is our 2nd vehicle purchased through liberty. We will definitely do business again in the future!!

I think It’s very rude when we come in to make a payment and one of the employees is on the phone with her kid or husband and makes us stand there and wait. That is very unprofessional in my opinion. When a customer walks in and you’re not on the phone with another paying customer, you should call that person back and take care of your business that has walked in. I thought they ran a tighter ship around there. Well they used to anyway. Im not sure what’s happened. Otherwise Dan is a very good man and will take care of you. It’s when he’s not in that makes it a questionable situation.

I bought a 2012 Yukon xl. Clean drives great. Dan is a great dude. Treated me right when I needed something done. Always courteous. I'd definitely buy another vehicle from him.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from them. Our first car was absolutely beautiful and we never had any issues. Unfortunately we hit a deer after 1.5 years and wrecked it. When we called them to let them know, they were so amazing at working with us to get us into something else right away (liberty 1). We bought an edge from them next. We loved it but decided we then wanted to trade in for something newer. We went to Liberty 2 and Dan Starr got us into a very nice Jeep Cherokee in about an hour. They were so incredibly easy to work with and not pushy at all. We will definitely be returning to Liberty for our next purchase.

This place is great, usually. But I find that when i call to make payments (early and in full) I am given attitude from one particular employee every time and for no reason. I pay y’all near $400 a month & the snippy snarky attitude is super weird and unnecessary. I always try to be super nice! Also idk if Jessica still works there but no complaints for her at all! <3 her!

Liars and scam artists. Was promised they'd work with me due to covid and vehicle repairs that we're needed because the vehicles either didn't run or weren't safe to drive a few months into getting them. Was making weekly payments as I was able, equaling about half the normal payment - but I was STILL MAKING payments. Called in today to make another payment, only to get transferred and denied making the payment. After multiple phone conversations, last one me waiting for a call back that never came, they came in the dark of night to repo the vehicles. There was never a moment that they weren't in the loop on payments or repairs, and I'm apparently the bad person for trying to work on a much shorter budget on unemployment. I never quit paying, but they sure quit on me! So THANK YOU Liberty, for leaving a family without vehicles, for being unwilling to work with people who were struggling to even put food on the table but still made sure you had some form of payment every week, for not even giving us an option to get to work because what you sold was crap even you didn't stand behind.If you're considering buying from this company, you have been warned. Buyer beware!
