The tire shop is the biggest joke.. bunch of lazy kids who don’t have a clue about anything but act like they know it all. Nothing worse especially when needing something as simple as a part and asking them if they have one in stock. Gave them plenty of chances hoping that they would have new employees but never been anything but a disappointment.

Hopefully this was put up by a sarcastic customer & not an actual employee who represents Loves!!! When did Loves not become a Truck Stop? It is understandable that bobtails should not park in the car section, but this was embarrassing & disrespectful to us truck drivers who keeps this “travel center” open & hopefully will be taken down very soon!!
On a positive note, the store was clean!

Loves app says 5 showers available so why am I literally waiting 3 hours for a shower. There are 2 guys at the diesel desk talking and going outside to smoke been waiting inside the entire time at the Wendy's for a shower. This is horrible

Employees very rude!! Say them hi they look at you like what a hell do you want…. Asking an associate about if they have more bottled water look at me and rude respond … i am on brake … c’mon it was hard to say no we don’t or what ever….. completely disrespect if people who work there feel underpaid… just leave job and let others to join….

Last time I’ll stop here. Tried on 6/27 to find parking at 6pm, FULL. Tried again at 8pm, FULL. Tried the next morning on 6/28 to find parking after sleeping on the road at 6am, FULL. Tried again at 9am, FULL. Trued again at 10am, FULL. This place is unbelievable. It’s in the middle of nowhere Iowa and I’ve had better luck finding parking in New York City! This must be where lazy truck drivers go to whither away because it’s all the same trucks rotting here today that were here yesterday. Every single one of them. All I’m trying to do is shower and do laundry and leave. Pathetic!!!!
