I wis there was a minus star review. My car has been nothing but a lemon since day one. They take advantage of people with credit issues. My frame is almost rusted out, rear seal is cracked thus allows dust in , transmission problems , it wouldn’t go in reverse, rear door hatch wouldn’t open, the air conditioning quit working. They say the cars are checked out from the Ford garage before they are sold here. It’s a lie. get the vin# run the check before you buy the worst lemon ever!! This place is the worst.

worst car place ever got a 2014 dodge avenger about 2 months ago, we bought it and not even 8 hours later smoke was coming out frm the hood and it wouldn’t start I got it towed taken to witham they worked on it for days and gave me a rental I got it back and it still was running horribly. we took it back a few times and there was nothing they could do about it. we went to pinnacle to tell them we wanted something else with the same down payment. We looked at a few cars a ford fusion, Hyundai, Nissan all for $499 they REFUSED to put us in something better and made us choose between a Honda that had bad struts and a Lincoln town car that was $100 down payment with issues. They told us if we got an older car they would put the down payment we paid on the dodge to that car so, we took the 2000 Lincoln town car and now it’s running horrible and won’t even start like the Dodge we called to get a tow on the warranty and the warranty people tell us that pinnacle never switched the warranty so we’ve had this car for a month or so with no pinnacle warrant on it cause Bri *one of the sales women there* didn’t switch the paperwork. I’ve already had to pay for a tow on my own. They still expect us to pay a $230 every 2 weeks for car I haven’t drove for 2 weeks. I would not go there if I were you ever. Brittany I think her name is runs out and try’s to get you to buy a horrible car that you will regret all there cars have something wrong with them on there lot. DONT DO IT!!.

Do not ever buy from pinnacle. And they are lying saying I never told them.. I called in November… stating I got a new car because of this and they brought up their 10,000 mile warranty ? this type of rust doesn’t happen in a year and half. I went to get four new tires put on, and I walked out of there being told I needed to get a new car mine was not safe to drive.. this place is simply a joke, they sell UNSAFE cars. I am glad no one got hurt seriously. They also are NOT about building credit they fail to report credit bureau. Take your business else where.
Stop looking at reviews and go sell another POS. :)

They do their part! They are very friendly and understanding of situations. When my mom first had issues with her car I was quick to blame them and between roadside assistance, witham auto, and the Nissan dealership me and my mom had to deal with we quickly realized it’s not on pinnacle. They do what needs to be done and will fight like hell for their customers as long as they know the full situation that is going on. Don’t be afraid to talk to them and tell them what’s going on! Thank you guys for helping my momma❤️

I would give them negative stars If I could! My wife purchased a car from them and there was a slight cosmetic problem on one door. They wrote into the sales contract that they would fix it. Never happened!!!! They lied and came up with excuses as to why it was taking so long to get fixed. They kept this up until the time the contract allowed for it to be done had expired. Now we are just stuck with repairing it ourselves. We would never buy a car from them again!!!

Strongly do not recommend. Wouldn't even let me test drive the vehicle, with 25% down payment in hand, without filling out their approval application. The vehicle was clearly never detailed, beyond higher priced than market value. They kept saying we help you build your credit, but I was there in pretty desperate need of a vehicle, not credit. I got a much nicer and newer pre-owned vehicle at Dan Deery Toyota in CF. Check out my review for Dan Deery CF if interested.

Really friendly do very well to sell you a vehicle. Payments aren’t monthly but every two weeks depending on how you get paid, if your starting to build your credit do not recommend most of there cars are scratched they say there up to par but bought a vehicle and soon as I got home 45 mi away engine light comes up. Sat at the shop longer than I’ve owned the vehicle. Other than that once something is wrong they pretty much tell you to call your warranty they want nothing to do with you after that

they do their best to try to find you something with what they’ve got, car market isn’t the greatest lately, and they’ll put you on a call list when they get more cars in. very nice people.
