The company is well known for their lies to their customers, its a simple scam tactic. They tell you a problem that you think is happening with your car. Then they make you pay for that, they are fully aware that the problem is not actually that. However, you will come back because the problem still exists when you try to tell them that its still there they will simple tell you that you need additional repairs. There are no good mechanics just a bunch of scammers.

They are here to help you pay for more parts! If you are interested in getting duped for your money and don't want your problem actually fixed, these are the guys to go to! They will tell you that your problem is major and that you should probably repair it or you will need to "eventually" do it. Then proceed to barely spend any time diagnosing just replace a part charge you an absurd amount of money and still have the problem so you come back and spend more! AMAZING BUSINESS!

Don't go to these guys they're a bunch of scam artists they will make you pay $1,000 to replace something that they claim was the problem but it's not actually the problem so they want you to go back and spend another $1,000 on another part that they claim is the problem and then so on and so forth

Years ago sold us a salvaged title car but didn't tell us it was. Found out later it had massive water/rust damage, and a known issue with the throttle that would cause it to stall and die. Took it back to them several times to be told "you bought it, too bad". We ended up spending as much trying to fix it as we did buying it.They didn't even align the headlights before pawning it off on me. I drove it at night for the first time and the lights weren't even remotely hitting the road. Took it back to them and told them they needed to fix it. They stood in the parking lot and eyeballed it and said "good enough" and refused to do anything else unless I paid them. ON A NEW CAR I JUST BOUGHT FROM THEMThey took advantage of my wife going there alone several times by convincing her to get things she didn't need. Replaced parts that had nothing to do with the issue while telling her it would fix it.This place has it's "favorites" from what i've seen, but they definitely have no issues taking advantage of random new customers. They are fair priced and will show you exactly what is wrong and what they will do for repair. The repairs are sound. Trustworthy so far in my experience. Honestly, the only con is the shop condition could use some upkeep.

Just really feel compelled to say that priority 1 has been the best place to ever get a car from and have it worked on. When we went to get our car, Leonard from the La Porte was so kind and literally DROVE US to the university location to get us to the car we needed instead of ubering!
