Jeff was spectacular from start to finish. We wanted to find an accountant and CPA we could trust. We also loved that we could support small business! He was helpful and kind every step of the way. Taxes can be overwhelming but this process certainly was not considering we did this all virtually. We will be back next year and so on!

The building looks a little dated, but don't let that deter you. Everyone in the building was friendly and it was our first time doing taxes with another person instead of an online service. We've been burned before (thank you H&R Block for trying to get us to commit tax fraud!) so we were on high alert and very wary. Before we went in, Jeff (the owner) sent us an email with information we'd probably need to bring in to make both our lives easier, since we have both W-2 and 1099 earnings. He asked simple questions without loads of jargon, and clarified things we found confusing. Which was great because taxes are rarely easy to understand for me. He was very kind and polite and has a great sense of humor, too! He was straightforward and transparent about everything he was working on with us, even with his fees, and we feel VERY confident and comfortable trusting him with our returns. Definitely going back next year. Could not have asked for a better tax service.

We have used Quality Accounting Services for years. Business tax preparation, individual tax preparation, bookkeeping and payroll. I appreciate Jeff's communication style which is both considerate and educational.

Used them for over 20+ years. Always a 3 or 4 day turn around. Attempted to have my 2019 taxes completed there again. Waited over 2 weeks and nothing from them. Called to check and the gal said "they're still on my desk, I don't know when I will get to them." Went back to retrieve my documentation from them to go elsewhere, not even a hint of trying to make things right with a long term customer. Opened my packet of information and found a note saying "you did the ex-wife, want to do the ex husband?" Very unprofessional in my opinion. Plus they raise their prices about $5 every year.
