Just had Fernando tow my tractor. I'm from Tampa and it was 20° in Waterloo, I was FROZEN! He let me relax and warm up in his truck while he hooked it all up. Had a long ride and I had been stuck for 5-6 hours. He pulled in to a Casey's so I could grab some food, I was starving, and totally made me feel at home on the road. Felt like we'd been buddies for years. We grabbed and had a good time the whole ride. Totally took the stress off. Highly recommended. Phenomenal serving and great, professional people that care about their work and the customer's well being. Thanks Fernando!
