Service Advisor Monty Teel and the entire staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. They were able to fit me in with short notice and kept me informed regarding the needed repairs and the availability of all manufacturers warranties. They deserve all 5 stars!

Ashley Tudor helped us find our mini van- he was wonderful. Went in for one we didn’t really see ourselves getting, so he asked a couple questions on what we were looking for and spent time/ went out of his way to find us the perfect one. I was 37 weeks pregnant and a little panicked on figuring out how to fit a toddler and a baby in our small car. He was so patient with us! If we ever need to buy another car, we’ll be using him again!

My experience with Rydell Chevrolet in Waterloo was incredible. Every single person I talked to from the salesman Tom Heit to the financial guy Kyler to the sales manager, all treated me with respect and conscious of •my• time. I did the Credit check online before I went in everything was a breeze they counted the cash I brought in And I was out the door and record time. I’ve had some dreadful experiences at different dealerships and I have legit walked out the door trying to buy vehicles. Taking forever, being pushy and trying to talk me into crap I didn’t want. This wasn’t the case at Rydell in Waterloo. I highly recommend Tom and his crew. When I get another truck I will go back without hesitation. The whole process took less than an hour. No pressure, no waiting forever and no pushy people trying to talk me into stuff. Thanks guys! C ya next time.
