I had a coworker call in an order of 6 gallons of paint a she was quoted $1800+. I then called and was told the actual price would be $1400, to then find out they kept quoting us for 6 BUCKETS (about 30 gallons). After clarifying I was told it would be $45.89 a gallon. The next day I had it picked up and was charged $112 a gallon! Does here have any clue what’s going on? I then called to be put on hold so long the machine hung up. I drive to the location and have been waiting to be helped for 15 minutes already. Terrible service and they don’t know any prices.

I was the only customer in the store. The guy couldn’t answer basic questions regarding touch up paint, and acted like I was bothering him. I left and went to the Home Depot instead. They answer my questions ,and I got the same Sherwin paint for $10 cheaper.

The manager of this store is very unprofessional… feel sorry for what these employees go through. Came in for the first time today, saw him blow up in front of the whole store. I can tell you I will not be going back to this establishment.

Highly recommend the day staff at Waterloo Iowa Sherwin-Williams store on San Marnan Drive. You can tell the day team has a vast depth of knowledge and they were authentic in helping. Greatly appreciated since I do not often complete painting projects.
