"That guy" (Sorry sir I forget your name but I do remember the tag!) was incredibly helpful when I was in a bind for a new laser printer ASAP. He was able to explain the benefits that were most important to me. I went the next day for toner and the gentleman that helped me place that delivery order was also very helpful (sorry I forget your name as well). The toner arrived the next day like he said it would. Both interactions helped lower the stress level in the situation I'm in, needing prints doubletime. Everyone at this store is professional and display a level of customer service I thought gone for good. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

That place need another self help copy machine or the employees need to assist customers more. Standing there waiting on someone to print out a billion papers is insane.

Been waiting over 20 minutes past the posted time they open. They are not open. Can't reach anyone waiting the whole time on a call to ask if they are opening. Won't be back. There were about 30 people who came, waited and left. What a shit show.

Their associates are always very helpful. Specifically, Andrea is amazing and works very hard to get our print jobs done right and in a timely fashion.

I have no photos to share for this review as I typically do but the employees were great! They were extremely busy with multiple customers with different needs and the did their best to take care of all of our needs in a timely manner with a smile and a friendly greeting to each of us. I am extremely thankful for having this store to go to for all of my printer needs and not have to wait for my inks to come in the mail, especially when I am in the middle of a project and I run out of ink, Thanks Staples for being there for me!

I went in today to have a product made. I was told that there was no one in the printing area until 2pm. My coworker called and spoke to the manager and was told she didn't have the passwords to assist in my order. If you don't have the employees to staff an area, train your management to do the job. This was a huge inconvenience as I had to drive 30 minutes to get there to place the order. With all the online stores now a days I suggest you change policy and give your manager the passwords, you've lost the business of myself and coworkers.

We were shopping for school supplies in Waterloo and Jamilla was extremely helpful with our purchases both in the store and at the checkout counter. Went way above and beyond! When I'm back in town I will gladly return to this store. Thank you for all your help Jamilla!
