“After getting my alignment appointment with Firestone postponed about 3 times, I was kind of out of ideas of where to go. My parents had gotten work done at Goodyear that apparently led to a premature axle failure, so I did not want to go there.
I found K&S and decided to give them a shot. They did my alignment both times around an hour & were willing to work with my aftermarket camber bolts (some shops will refuse to touch any aftermarket parts). They also helped me figure out the source of an annoying clicking sound in the front end for free. I had replaced the entire front suspension & brakes (literally, everything.)
They said that everything seemed good, but they suspected the strut mount. I ordered 2 OEM replacements and the sound was gone. It is a small shop, but my first time coming in I saw a few police cars getting work done to them. They also were willing to press in my new wheel bearings for a good price (under $60 each) and the alignments are also a good price. Definitely coming here from now on.”

“I broke down while I was driving through Waterloo and had a friend recommend priority one to fix my truck and I called them and he was super nice and gave me the phone number for a wrecker and was gonna try and fix it quickly since I’m from out of town. The tow truck got to me and started my truck right up. So I didn’t need their service but I know they would’ve treated me right .”
