Dropped trailer for 5pm appointment on Friday now its Saturday 11 pm still load not ready…. Security is friendly and fast working but still load picking up from here is nightmare

Spend around 9h for pickup. Only reason for 2 starts, is restroom available, at guard check. The guard check was nice.
