“Fantastic experience here today; had an issue with Jeep Wrangler 2013 overheating while in town for work.
Technician had me bring it in even though it was late, and was able to identify the problem and get the part I needed for the thermostat installed and working properly by close of business.
I called at 2:30; didn't manage to limp vehicle there until around 3:30pm.
I am now home safe with no overheating issues along the way.

“Traveling from Texas to northern Iowa to attend by sister's funeral, we stopped in a Walmart in Waterloo. When I unbuckled my seat belt, it wouldn't rebuckle. I tried a bunch of things ( lube, tap on it, see if something stuck in it } to no avail. Wanting to not drive without the driver's seat belt we took it to C&S Auto in Waterloo. I explained what was wrong to Jacob in the service department and he had a tech look at it right away. It was defective and they said they could put a rush order on one and get me going the next morning. That was just what I needed to hear as the funeral was the day after tomorrow. True to his word, Jacob has us fixed and ready to go by 9:30 the next morning. I have never had any service department work with me like this.”
