Well I guess they don't take cash... typical low life behind the counter said they are not a bank.. acted like I have a problem because I had cash... doesn't seem right.

Don't ever try to exchange anything. My husband bought me mens cologne by accident. It has the same name as the women's and he told the lady that gave it to him when he purchased it, that it was for a woman. She handed him cologne. He didn't know any better. He takes pictures of all his receipts and throws them away to save space and be organized. So I showed them the receipt, which has the price all the numbers the location on it. And they had me go get the right one. Then said nope! We aren't going to do it! An even exchange. We live 55 miles away. And they were so rude.

Let me regale you with a story. The antagonist in this story goes by the name of “evil Craig”. Legend has it that he received this nickname from a Dungeons and Dragons game club that he attended.
I spoke with Craig on the phone after getting turned away from another Walgreens with whom I had a covid test of the rapid sort from which I needed results to travel. After telling him my situation, Craig told me in his best evil villain impression that “unless you’re here by 1:22, you’ve gotta wait until after lunch break”.
Although this was an objectively silly and lazy thing to say to a customer, I rushed over to Craig’s evil lair (commonly referred to as the Walgreens on University) to procure my rapid test. I arrived with not a minute to spare, promptly at 1:22, but there was one car ahead of me in the drive through. I had to wait such a long time, one WHOLE minute.
The time is now 1:23. When I pulled up to speak with the attendant, to my shock and surprise it was not Craig! My new friend was ghosting me, and I could tell something was afoot. Craig’s colleague, whom I can only imagine is known as “evil Craig’s best friend and partner in mischief”, was a stone cold wall anger towards me. Rather than waiting one extra minute to ease my weary soul, he unleashed all his wrath and ill will through that pharmacy window. The conversation ended with evil Craig’s best friend and partner in mischief hanging up and walking away.

Very rude pharmacy. The website said we could include a flu test with a COVID test and didnt mention a charge. We go in the store like the email told us and were told to go through the drive thru very rudely. After waiting 25 minutes for them to tell us we were eligible for a flu test they then tell us that it's a $140 charge for a flu test and when we declined the hidden and outrageous price they tell us to go through the drive thru for the COVID test.

I went into the store to look for an item, had trouble finding it, and was treated poorly when asking for help.

Called in to this pharmacy to transfer from a different Walgreens because of having moved and the one on university is now closer. Lady on the phone was extremely rude and condescending when trying to get prescriptions transferred.

Hung up on me when I called so I stopped for help and they were so reluctant to even talk to me. He (Ross) said I need to schedule an appointment online but when I showed him that the website was down, he offered me no alternative solution and told me to try again a few hours later. Zero help, thanks Ross.

Consumer beware: go elsewhere. If you specifically ask, prior to purchase, if something can be returned and again when you are returning the item Walgreens will not honor it!!!! As the item was being returned the employee told me it was not a problem, other customers have returned the same thing. At the very end the system gave her an error message stating no return for the item. I was lied to and deceived at purchase to get a sale!!! Walgreens can't stand behind what a customer was told by multiple employees and PRIOR to purchase. Disgusting. I have returned maybe one thing in my life to this store!!!! Also a manager from the store was suppose to call me 5-7 days ago! (Claims he did but my cell phone log shows zero calls the day he says he called. Liars.)

I just had my Covid Vaccination at Walgreens on University Ave. They are all true professionals in Pharmacy. Clear instructions. Waited my turn. No pain getting the shot. Shopped for a few things just to make sure of no side effects. Thank you all so much. See you again in a few weeks.

I was in for cough medicine and toilet paper. The woman, Christina was very rude to me. She neglected to wait on me and told me with authority to get on the tape. The man in back if me was not 6 feet away and I suggested he get to the camera department and we laughed Ha ha! The other employees are very helpful and kind!
