I was there this morning, the young lady Katie was really nice to me. I didn’t purchase anything, my sunglasses was too lose, she helped me fixed it, with a big smiling face, I feel so happy because I can wear my sunglasses again after adjusting the size, thank you Katie, you are the best!

My daughter happened to be in town when I got off work so we decided to try to get a walk-in appointment which they offered in their advertising. There was a larger woman who was working there who kept mentioning the fact that we didn't have an appointment. I never complained about the wait or anything else, but she just kept mentioning it and turning her nose up. Then she said I assume you don't have insurance either? So I gave her my insurance information. She was continually rude so we ended up getting contacts there but taking our business for glasses elsewhere. Never went back. I mean, if you don't want to take walk-ins just say so! If you don't want our business and our money, we can take it elsewhere.

Amazing helpful staff! Reasonably priced, and accept most insurance and outside prescriptions. Highly recommend!

Janette is great to work with and I need to start with that. This review is specific to the prescription. The prescriptions given to 3 members of our family by the optometrist were not correct. We went back several times and they tried to help us determine if it was poly-sensitivity, glasses size and if the pupil measurement had been done correctly. After multiple trips back and trying to accept the explanations give, we did not realize the problem was the actual prescription until our 60-day warranty was up. We ended up having to pay to go to another optometrist and found out that our prescriptions were off by quite a bit. By this time, the warranty was up, so Walmart could not refund our glasses. If your glasses don't seem right, I'd encourage you to pursue an exam at a different optometrist right away instead of accepting other explanations about why your glasses may not be working.

Jeanette Francis is always awesome and has a wonderful smile and a great attitude. She’s always ready to help customers at any given moment and promoting Walmarts values and customer service. I love her so much and sometimes even when I don’t need anything as far as my vision or glasses are concerned I just stop to say hi and we chitchat. Thanks so much for all you do. Walmart vision center is not where you want to go for help. The eye doctor was very precise but overall concerned that he was going to lunch after the appointment. The worst of all was the Larger woman who was trying to humiliate us in the store loudly announcing that we did not have eye insurance which was incorrect. (she did this several times yelling down the hallway as I was filling out paperwork) She seemed more content on humiliating people rather than helping...the other employees scurried away as soon as they could I suspect because they didn't want to deal with this bossy rude lady...I got the eye prescription and went elsewhere to buy the glasses...do not go to this place if your looking for customer service
