Hands down, the WORST bank I have ever dealt with. Their online banking is terrible. Needed to change my password, but when I tried to do so, was told I dont have an acct. Weird, because I deposit money into this imaginary acct regularly. This type of thing is why I switched all other accts elsewhere.

I always get good treatment and respect from any and all staff that work at the bank.
