I dare you. Just try, just try to speak on the phone to a live person at the Kimball location. "Branch employees are all busy....blah blah." Held and finally was disconnected. This location is certainly not the home of sudden service. When I finally DID reach a human, my question could not be answered and the rationale for it was blamed on Corporate decisions and was way above the employee's level of expertise" I was advised that I could call Corporate if I wanted. REALLY?

Marcus Let Me Down - I came in looking for help to validate a payment that I had made at this branch over a week prior. My Wells Fargo Visa was placed on hold while this payment was validated.Marcus, the branch manager, assured me that he would get my account unlocked and sort this out. I had brought in a copy of the cancelled check and we made a call to Wells Fargo Visa together. Long story short the call ended and my card was still frozen. Marcus just shrugged his shoulders.I went back home and called Wells Fargo Visa. They requested that I fax them a copy of the cancelled check and removed the hold.Thanks for nothing, Marcus!

Hands down, the WORST bank I have ever dealt with. Their online banking is terrible. Needed to change my password, but when I tried to do so, was told I dont have an acct. Weird, because I deposit money into this imaginary acct regularly. This type of thing is why I switched all other accts elsewhere.

Horrible experience, rude loan officer treated me like I was a child. The information he gave me did not correlate with any of the information that the phone bank or online bank said. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 5 years. Greatly considering switching.
