I thought it was easy to schedule an appointment online. Additionally, everything went smoothly and the staff was very friendly! They were able to check something else for me as well to make sure there were no concerns, when they did the oil change. I would recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care!

I found the team at Firestone, Waukee, to be very helpful. Went in with concerns about my brake system and to get oil changed and other fluids checked. Also wanted to have them look over the car for things that I might need to get taken care. They have a very reasonably priced inspection service that I signed up for. No pressure. Got the oil changed, found out my brake system checked out with no problems. They were also able to point out an issue with a fuel tank brace that I need to take care of. Thank you!

No accountability and poor customer service. Took van in for new front bearing. After 6 trips and 20+ hours later and replacing another bearing that was probably fine, they finally listened to me and replaced the defective bearing they originally put on that they said was fine. Lo and behold once they did that the noise that was happening went away. Tried telling me it was transmission at first so had another mechanic look at it and reaffirmed it was the bearing and def not transmission.

AMAZING customer service! The plastic trim on the exterior of my car fell off and they put it on for me free of charge. Quick service and super friendly staff!

When I walked in, the young girl and man behind the counter seemed like they both had just got done having a heated disagreement. I hope the team at this shop can figure out teamwork especially in front of customers. This used to be my go to shop, it is close to home, but will make the drive to the Mills Civic Firestone after this experience.

My tires were super low in air and I don’t know how to fill them….I know, I know, I’ll learn someday.
Anyhow, pulled up and ran in and asked if anyone could help me. They happily said they would love to help and ran out and filled all my tires! For free and with friendly service. That’s so rare these days- thank you Firestone!

I had a 2pm appointment. I walked out at 2:45 with my car not even been moved. Why ask people to make appointments if you're not going to make them or even come close.

Went it on a Saturday morning. Had some minor stuff on my son's car that I was hoping they could fix. Most shops ignore you if you ask them to fix small stuff because they don't make any money on you. I was thinking Brandon (guy at the front desk) would just tell me they're busy and that they cannot work on it. Surprisingly, he said they would take care of it for me. Reluctantly, I asked if they had time to maybe fix a couple of other things (bumper was starting to sag, some plastic panel came off etc.). They said they'll take a look at it. After about 45 minutes, he said everything was done and charged me next to nothing. What kind of car shop is this??? Are these guys for real? Apparently, there are still some businesses out there who are actually interested in serving their customers! Thank you Brandon (service advisor) and Cameron (manager)!!!

I had an appointment this morning at 9:00am for a tire rotation. I showed up at 8:55am and left at 10:53am. 2 hours for a simple tire rotation and I had an appointment? C'mon man!

Brandon took great care of me. He was able to get me in immediately for an oil change. I was told that I needed tires at another place; they checked my tires and told me I did not need to change them. Finally had my brakes checked a couple of different places and I knew something was not right but Brandon’s guys found out I had air in my lines after a thorough inspection. Great service! I’m definitely coming back!!!

I had a wire poke through the sidewall of my tire and needed it repaired. I was told you can't repair a sidewall issue, you have to buy a new tire. I purchased one so I could get on my way. I drove home Approx 10 miles, all highway roads.. 1 hr later went to leave only to notice the tire was completely flat. Frustrated, I called Firestone back and let them know the issue. They asked me to air the tire up and come back so they could determine what went wrong. Long story short, the tire would not hold air. We removed it from the vehicle and took it back. They determined somewhere within those 10 miles home that first trip, the new tire picked up a razor blade. I now needed another new tire. I couldn't believe my luck. At that time, the manager, Cameron brought me out another new tire. When I asked how much I owed, he took care of it and told me if something happened to this one, I would have to pay full price for another new one and to take it and go. I told him I would write a review for them and thanked him for his compassion and understanding. That type of service is what I would want to build my business on. He not only took good care of me, But he gained a loyal customer for future tire needs. Thank you again Cameron at Firestone auto care in Waukee, IA.

Straight joke. Not one to write a review but Took my car with coilovers here for a front only alignment. Talked to a technician that said he can adjust my alignment and my coilovers for the camber. End up putting it on the rack and they come out telling me for alignment price they can’t adjust the coilovers. They need to charge an additional $100+ to adjust 2 screws. I told them I’m good take it off. Then they decide to charge $30 for a “check” of alignment when I didn’t come for a check I came for an alignment that they said they can do and they couldn’t for an agreed price over the phone. Tell you one thing and front desk does another. Waste of time.
