This place is above par when it comes to taking care of your vehicle with quality work as well as the staff being great. Kevin was amazing. He was great in communicating promptly and answering any questions I had at all times. I will definitely be taking anything else I need to them in the future.

After my 2019 BMW X1 was hit and damaged in a parking lot, I took it to Graham Collision Waukee for repairs—and I’m so glad I did. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. The team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating with my schedule.
They communicated clearly throughout the process and worked seamlessly with my insurance company and rental car provider, which really took the burden off me. I was especially impressed with how well they handled my foreign car and how quickly they got the job done—my car was ready in just five days! And when I picked it up, my car’s interior was cleaner than it’d ever been since I bought it, which was an added bonus.

If any place that is understanding, works with you, very kind and will make you want to come back is Graham collision in Waukee. I had two crashes involved with one rear end and the other deer accident which involved the same area of damage to the front end of my car and got it fixed both times by them. The gentleman I recommend to see is named Kevin Villalobos. He is very professional at his job, he fully listens to makes sure your are satisfied with their service, pays attention to detail, explains everything on point, and made my car feel and look like brand new. Go to Graham Collision in Waukee for your auto satisfaction needs! They will get it done and fast. Thank you again for your help!

Few things in life are hassle-free. Working with them actually was. Wasn’t familiar with the process, especially with multiple parties involved. They were very helpful and that info helped make the other interactions seamless, too. And the car looks great.

Jaime was very professional and thorough. He also pointed out that we had an issue with the engine non related to body work that needed to be done from an accident my daughter was in with an elderly lady. The engine was replaced by the dealership and is running much better. I appreciate Jaime’s attention to detail and for making this a good experience.

Went to pick up my car because insurance totaled it and I bought it back. It was buried in snow, so I asked if someone could help me clear it as I have a heart problem and cannot do it myself. The manager, Steve, treated me as though I was a homeless bum and told me I would have to wait an hour or 2, maybe longer and just walked away.
