Not impressed. Was looking for somewhere closer to home for an oil change. Had a coupon, so gave them a try.
They did not ask me what type of oil I wanted. 10 minutes in, I had to tell them I wanted full synthetic . They charged $10 to top off my coolant, which is excessive. Did not tell me there would be a charge for this.
Associates not personable. Overall, not a great experience. I won’t be going back.

I was in a pinch on Labor Day as the battery of my vehicle went bad and I needed it fixed ASAP. The guys at Jiffy Lube Waukee were extremely helpful and went out of their way to provide amazing service! I was super impressed & would definitely go back. Thanks JL Waukee!!

Fantastic experience. I was greeted as I pulled up. Went there for an oil change. Sat in the waiting room while the work was done. The wait was not unreasonable. My service tech reviewed the things they found on the car needing attention. I didn’t feel pressured or that they were just trying to get me to spend money unnecessarily. I did decline the brakes and tire rotation as my husband usually handles these things. I will go there again for my next oil change.

I gave 5 stars for the people, friendly and thorough. Nice job on cleaning up any excess oil. I give zero stars to the printers. They cannot seem to get them working. They say it’s upper management and laziness. It was also happening in the Ankeny store. I will only stop if it’s out of necessity. I like those printed reminders and for a hundred plus cost I want one. Not some one scribbling on it with a black magic marker. Jiffy Lube is not my go to anymore.

Michael the manager at the Waukee, Iowa store is fantastic! He got me in for an oil change 15 minutes before they closed and the entire staff took great care of my car even though it was at the end of the day and they had to stay later than expected because of me! Not only was Michael great, but the entire staff was too! Will absolutely be back!
