DO NOT STOP here for gas! False advertising! Their "unleaded" price they have on their sign is $2.82 but it's actually $3.37 at the pump! And it wasn't a discrepancy due to prices rolling. The $2.82 is the blue handle 15% "specialty" unleaded. It's a calculated trick to get you to stop. Don't fall for it.

Got a flat tire I was waiting for roadside assistance. Went in and bought a bunch of snacks and drinks and then the employee Briant came out and told me there was only a 20 minute parking limit.

Was traveling across Iowa when we stopped at this store at 2am due to black ice and white out conditions on the interstate with 30mph winds and -25 degree windchill. Our windows were froze to the point of barely being able to see out of them. We were on the property defrosting our windows for 35 minutes when the clerk, Bryant, came out pounding on our windows telling us we had to leave because we had been there for over 30 minutes. Called the next day to speak to a manager about this policy and the employee, Andrew, hung up on me. I travel for a living and Kum & Go has always been my go to stop for fuel and snacks. Never have I experienced such a disregard for safety and such disrespect as a customer. This is unacceptable!

I come here on daily basis! This is going to be my last visit to this location. I bought ZZZquil and case of beer, once I got in my car I noticed that zzzquil box is empty. Went back inside and complained. The cashier told me she needs to charge me again! I explained that there was nothing in the box. She said it was corporate rule to charge me for new one. This is the biggest scam!! I refuse to go here again even though it’s within walking distance! I would rather go to different location!

Stopped and let my animals out to stretch and was fixing food when I was informed I had to leave because I was parked there. Glad I didn't get my fuel yet.
