I moved out of state almost a year ago. Put my things in storage until I get settled. Adrian has been so helpful with communicating and any questions I have. She is great. Most of the people that I have had to talk to have been very professional and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Tom Martin of the Grimes location was most helpful and congenial in getting me set up with units at Crescent Ridge when Crescent Ridge was temporarily without a manager.
I needed units soon and he was able to accommodate which was a great relief.
The paperwork, auto pay set up, directions and locks were a breeze, thanks to his help.

My unit was 2 months past due, unknowing to me and their onsite manager at the time Megan cut the lock off my unit to get pictures for the auction, while doing that she helped herself to about $25-30,000in tools. Who knows what else she took, that's just what I know for sure is missing. Anyways, when we realized that the payment hasn't been made, we contacted them and caught the bill up. I was gone at the time, but 4 months later when I got home and went to the unit, that's when I realized the items were missing. Megan admitted that she took the items, she returned some things that she took but I'm still missing $15-20,000. When notifying the ownership of this, they asked what it would take to make this right with me, and I said I just wanted my things back as I need them to work. They said get a list emailed to them and they would take care of it. Now, they're not wanting to pay for my stolen items, saying to file an insurance claim (which only covers $2,500). They've since fired Megan and a police report has been filed but the county attorney is not going to charge her for the theft as it was done on company time, performing job duties and that this will have to be a civil matter. I chose this company because of the locked gates and "cameras" and this still happens.
