Great location for us.Recently built. Has all the bells and whistles for security. Price has gone up regularly.I've been there a minimum of 6 years.So I guess I like the facility and staff,but would like to not worry about constant price increases.

I have a storage unit at this facility, and their prices beat everyone else’s. Lindsay was very helpful, prompt and cleaned out my unit before I moved into it. Definitely recommend LockBox storage, and will use in the future if I need to.

I moved from a competitor a few months ago and Lindsey was so wonderful to work with. She got me right into a new unit and it was half the cost of my old unit. Then when I had clients who were moving from out of state and urgently needed multiple storage units she hooked them up and helped them find helpers to unload their moving truck. I just moved over from U-Haul and the prices at lockbox storage are hard to beat! I have a significantly bigger unit for a significantly cheaper price The indoor units here feel the same exact way as they do at U-Haul although they are not temp controlled very happy with my unit!

We needed a until for only a couple of months while we had our home on the market. Lindsey was super helpful and got us set up with a unit that was more than we expected for a great price! The place is clean, and easy to access anytime.

Lindsey was very helpful with the renting process. It’s really nice to have an actual human onsite. We have rented at other locations where no one is ever there for the personal touch or if a problem arises. It’s a great location in Waukee with plenty of security cameras.
