I have been a customer since we moved to the area but when you do forget to fill a medication that I need to take the rest of my life then don't call to tell me it's ready. Ok your text system is down so then how will your customers know there meds are ready, PICK UP A PHONE AND CALL TO TELL THEM DONT JUST LET THEM SIT WAITING ON A MED THEY ARE OUT OF. I called just to get yelled at...really do better. This employee also said they will be gone is like a week too and complained about there new management hmmm. If this was the first time no big deal but this has happened the last 3 months. I guess I will have to finally become just a number somewhere else.

May be a good idea, when a customer states they can't pick up their prescription due to poor service, to reply, "Good." When you hang your hat on service as a differentiator and then treat customers like that, not a great business model. Do not recommend.

Terrible customer service and professionalism. My wife had just had a double mastectomy and was prescribed pain medication. The pharmacist flagged the dosage and did not follow up that Thursday or the following Friday. It was the Christmas weekend and the pharmacy was closed that Monday for Christmas. We received a text alert that the prescription was ready so on the first open day, today (Tuesday), I called to check on the prescription. They had a million excuses but no clarification on the reason for the concern or the lack of follow up. My wife spent the entire holiday weekend in the bed and missed most of our family activities. The pharmacist could’ve easily given us half dosages or recommended that we break the tablets in half until it got sorted Tuesday, but instead did nothing. They were rude and unprofessional and it was the 5th time that I encountered this treatment. The pharmacist refused to see me when I went to the location to discuss the matter further as the pharmacist hung up on me. When I arrived a male pharmacist got involved, cursed at me and when I cursed back he called the police, refused to fill an already overdue pain prescription, and tried to lie to the police. I need a number for corporate. People of color do not use this pharmacist. Black dollars matter. I moved my whole family’s 10 prescriptions from that pharmacy. I suggest you do too.

This place is not recommended for those who don't have insurance given that they don't accept GoodRX. We were just charged 10 to 20 times more money for a prescription than we should have been (we compared prices with Hyvee, Costco, Walgreens, Walmart, etc). Pure thievery - we will not ever be going back here.

They always do what they can to fill our prescriptions quickly. This morning the pharmacist went out of her way to fill my son’s prescription of antibiotics right when they opened so he could get antibiotics before he went to school. You would never get that at a larger chain pharmacy. Highly recommend and appreciate them!

We switched from a big store pharmacy with long lines and impersonal customer service. Medicap has been wonderful to work with. They know my name when I walk in the door and the service is top notch. So glad we made the change.

Extremely friendly and helpful. My parents were visiting from out of town and discovered they had left a bag with prescription medications at home. The pharmacist at their home pharmacy called Medicap and they figured out how to transfer the prescriptions and fill them. We had replacements within a couple of hours.

Excellent Customer Service. Kind Patient and Responsive. I have complex medical needs and was able to transfer my meds with ease. Cindy and staff have gone above & beyond to explain how I can try to get a medication for less cost. I really appreciate their time and help.

Fast. Courteous. Professional. Why wait in line and explain yourself to three people when you can go to MEDICAP & get in and out in a few minutes.------->Park RIGHT IN FRONT of the store.Or go through a drive-through that doesn't force you to put your paperwork into a vacuum tube and talk to a person on a camera when it's freezing cold outside????? Go to MEDICAP!Plus, they give you free vitamins for your kiddies!!!!!
