I was struggling to install new windshield wiper blades :D Tammy came out and helped me. She was real kind and even let my dog in the shop when we ultimately had to exchange wipers because I picked the wrong ones. He was excited :D. Listen to Tammy. Great lady

I've been to the "other" stores, and after going to the Waukee O'Reilly store, I'll not go back to the others. Every time I go here, it doesn't matter who helps me. They all are very knowledgeable, and I'm in and out quickly with what I came for and leave with more knowledge about it than when I came in. O O O O"Reilyyyy auto parts....

I want to start by say we are from out of town and 2 girls. Miss Tammy was amazing customer service help she knew what she was talking about and helped me and my wife way more then what was expected thank you Miss Tammy and Mister Jim.

Big shoutout to Dalton and the kind lady he was working with, they were lifesavers and showed us extreme kindness. Our car broke down hours away from home and needed a new coolant reservoir and they called a bunch of people to try and help us fix it and when we got the part they were kind enough to give us to tools to use and a parking lot to work in, and since it was scorching hot out they let us sit inside and eat. The fact that they would show such kindness to complete strangers shows a lot about their good moral beliefs. God Bless Them. There needs to be more people like them.
