I had the most unprofessional and incompetent experience at your Waukee Iowa 276 W Hickman Rd 50263To begin, my order was delayed by 25 minutes from the pick up time listed on the tv tracker and my Pizza Hut app tracker.Thank God I ordered on the pizza but app because I come to find out the lousy worker says “our register is down” to another customer and had to reject them since they could not pay in cash.Second of all, the pizza I ordered was COMPLETELY INCORRECT.Third of All, my pizza was ice cold when I received it. I do not know what the incompetent staff are doing there.I do not know who is running this business, but clearly by the reviews online, something must CHANGE.

2 large pizzas it was like eating cardboardNot sure there was any pizza sauce on eitherWhen I called to order I was told I had to order on line. Driver said he was Door Dash so I could have used Door Dash App where I had credit instead of paying more through Pizza Hut on line

I ordered a large meat lovers stuffed crust pizza and it took a standard amount of time to arrive but upon getting the pizza it was a pile of messed up food. Very disappointed in whatever happened during the delivery and will not be tipping before hand anymore.

Best Pizza Hut compared to most. Food is always hot, and ready by the estimated time. Food is prepared well and it shows. :) so simple yet makes such a difference!

Breadsticks were hot and fresh. Pizza had all of the inclusions and exclusions. Was probably the best food from Pizza Hut I’ve had. Very impressed!!!!

Great service especially at night they have helpful staff. It's one of the few places open in Waukee until midnight.

Great pizza, great price! Amazing service, store is clean and very organized! We will continue ordering from this Pizza Hut and we live an hour away!

Been here a couple times now. Food is always great, never have to wait long, and it's been ready every time we call in to pick it up. Also each time every worker I've dealt with has been nice, even when they were busy.

New York pizza was made well. The other pizza was horrible. Very little cheese amd sauce was everywhere
