Walked in , standing at the counter, no one at drive threw. Two guys standing at there food prep counter. Girl at back walking around. She gets a order from drivethrew. She sees me , gives me a glance... then she passed me by and goes to the drivethrew window. I'm thinking okay ! She takes care of them, and then she starts to stack napkins on the table. Then she sees a mark on the table, and starts to rub it... then I scream hello I am here

First off, the people have always been nice and friendly, the problem is the food, it’s never consistent, it show how they just literally throw it together and if you ask for extra sometimes you get it and sometimes you don’t. I had a taco but I eat it braise I was so hungry but the taco was a hard shell regular but it was broken, I eat anyways…it’s so disappointing when you’re expectations are better than what you get. Honestly I would go more if I knew the food would be good and consistent, I don’t mind paying the extra charges, but I would like to see it displayed instead of just throwing it all together. There is a time to get food out but it’s really sad. That’s what we get.The food prep people need to do better, yes we know it’s fast food but if you do better you get more businessJust do better!

I have the worst experience at this location vs the rest in des moines particularly at night they skimp my order every time they have also messed up an order three times in a row to the point i just got my money back because i was scared they would spit in my food at that point go to another location is my recommendation…

Google and their website state that their location closes at 2 am yet when we showed up through their drive thru at 1:16 am we were told that they were closed and to “please visit them during their normal business hours”.

Closing at 1 am vs 2 am. That’s the whole point of Taco Bell is open till late. They actually refused me service. Lololol. Get these workers out of here.Lazy crew, horrible manager. March 9th. Will never go here again. I hope the district manager sees this review and investigates why closing before scheduled hours is a thing.

Ordered online 15 minutes ahead, 2 cars in front of me when I arrived, took 30 minutes in the drive thru to receive order. Also, no Baja blast.

First time in taco bell in a few years.Ordered two dorritos tacos and a beef burrito.$15, WHAT THE HECK!!!!and no drink, both tacos were broken, burrito was a bit small. Went to a "real"Mexican restaurant next day, got a hot, full meal with drink for same price.Can't imagine a family of four would pay $50 or more for this stuff

If I could give this place 0 starts i definitely would. I had pulled into the drive thru around 9:00pm. The guy taking my order was very unprofessional and not happy. He gave me attitude & just seemed like he did not care. (must’ve had a bad day). I get we all have bad days but do not take it out on the customers. You work in customer service/fast food. You should know better. You signed up for the job ? Anyways, i let it slide & kept ordering as he kept giving me attitude. I then pulled up to the window to proceed to pay. He then gave me attitude because apple pay wasn’t working so i proceeded to try again. It all worked out in the end. He gave me my drinks and then couple minutes later the food came out. He didn’t ask me if i wanted a receipt or any sauces etc. Now knowing when going to taco bell or any fast food place or any customer service place they always ask if you want a receipt & they always ask if u need any sauces. Was never Asked. Now, thats part of ur job is to ask the customers if they need any of those things. Anyways, thats besides the point. I then left unhappy because i wasn’t treated like a human. I then called the waukee taco bell and asked if there was a manager on site and he proceeded to cut me off before i could finish my sentence and said “I am the manager” (with an attitude). I then proceeded to explain my issue with his employee that was taking orders at the drive thru. Cuts me off again and says “well i don’t take complaints over the phone, you are gonna have to do that online.” Okay so then i proceeded to give him the same attitude back because not one person has been nice about the situation. He then said “Okay we’ll have a good night” & HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. now i’ve worked in customer service before & I know one thing is you don’t hang up the phone on customers even if you don’t know how to handle a situation. I’m not sure who it was but he claimed to be the manager on duty at the time i called. I would not recommend this place for the customer service at all. I am very disappointed and yes i did contact corporate. ? now have a good dayrichard(the cashier)& whoever ur manager is that doesn’t know how to act like a manager.

I went through the drive thur and the person taking my ordered was not friendly.I ordered the Chicken Power Bowl, the rice was hard and chicken was dried out. It was disappointing as this is one of my favorites. Not worth $9.19.

This Taco Bell is the absolute worst location I have ever been too. The employees and management are complete garbage. We brought a party bus clear from Norwalk to get dinner, it was 6pm. They wouldn't serve us in the lobby and wouldn't let us walk through the drive thru to get food either. Someone on the bus ordered online and needed to pickup and they almost didn't give him his food either. I wish I could have them less that one star because it was the worst service I have ever seen! Completely disappointed in everyone that worked there. They could have had a huge amount of business!
