Took my car to get inspected as to way it was swaying in the rear and they said everything was bad including rims and they also said it was on it last leg when ur not that rusted underneath cause i crawled under it before and found the issue DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

Terrible customer service, the front desk guy argued with me in front of other customers and then, even though I had papers from another repair shop, telling him what was wrong, still would not fix my car. Misdiagnosed my car twice, and then refused to guarantee their work and fix it properly. Would not recommend going here for any type of car repair.Services: Electrical repair

They even have top notch experienced mechanics at 14th Street, Waukee and Pleasant Hill — that can “do it all.” Call, any store, and make an appointment with any of these top notch shops from Waukee to Pleasant Hill that also includes any of the mechanics in between to keep your car running safely during our unpredictable winter! Thanks Jamer and Dustin for the test drive — now Stan ( Company CEO) that’s what I call good old fashion customer service — like my Willis Cadillac Dealer— give the boys a raise!!!!!

Complete scam. Had a coupon from a fundraiser for a free oil change. Everything seemed fine until I went to pay. The employee informed me that my tie-rods and ball joints were shot and needed to be replaced ASAP. Was a little weary to get it fixed right away since I had never worked with them before. Talked to my dad and took it to a mechanic my family has gone to for year with no problems (Downey tire in Indianola), to have it looked at. Big shocker there was absolutely nothing wrong with my vehicle and never had any problems with it after.
