Addressing these discrepancies is time-consuming, requiring multiple calls or visits to their office. While they may assure you that the issue has been resolved, in my case, it remains unresolved. Their response to concerns is often dismissive, leaving you feeling frustrated and unsupported. For a more reliable experience, consider choosing Verizon or AT&T/T-mobile to avoid unnecessary hassle and wasted time/ Energy.

My 80-year-old mother and I went to change her phone plan. We had low expectations, thinking that they would try to sell us a new phone or expensive plan. Employee Brandy Noble was terrific. She didn’t try to upsell anything. In fact she made suggestions that saved my mom some money. Moreover, Brandy showed a lot of poise: the phone kept ringing and she stayed on task. Thank you!!!

The free phone promotion was as I expected. Current plan did not qualify ended up having to pay more monthly to qualify for the free phone.
