I had a great experience at Willis in Waukee! Bryan, the salesman, and Adam, the sales manager, were both kind, patient, and nothing like the typical pushy salespeople. They went above and beyond—staying after hours to make sure we could drive off the lot with the best possible interest rate. With bank approvals running slower right now, they could have settled for the first offer, but instead, they waited to get us the best deal. I truly appreciated their professionalism and care. Highly recommend this dealership and would absolutely buy here again!

Would definitely recommend the place if you are looking for a vehicle. The integrity of this dealership is outstanding! They sold me an extended warranty with the pickup I bought, and soon after it had transmission issues but warranty said it was a “pre-existing” condition and refused to cover it, so the dealership ship said they will cover it.
Bryan Bellis is an awesome to guy to work with. He was just “there” for any questions and not the “pushy, determined to sell something” kind of salesman. The world needs more people like him!:) These guys are awesome!

Me and my wife had a great experience trading in our car at Willis Used Auto. Salesman Bryan had the keys ready for us when me and my wife arrived to test drive a vehicle from 3 hours away. We went to two other big dealerships that were nearby to test drive other vehicles and the experience at those dealerships was terrible. I didn’t know salesman could be rude.. I told Bryan multiple times how thankful we were for him, as he was so nice! The thing that stuck out to me was I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle. He was BY FAR the nicest salesman we worked with when searching for a car. Thanks Bryan!

Stopped here last night with my daughter and grandson after the grandson's car got totaled. He had found a car he was interested in online, called and talked to someone and we drove over 2 hours to get here. I have bought a lot of cars in my life and most of the times had to fight for a good deal and even though I got the car, wasn't happy with the sales people.
We told them we were coming, they had the car right out front door is and when we pulled up, we were greeted with a big smile and he threw is the keys and told us to take it for a ride. After we came back, everyone we met, greeted us with a genuine smile. We were very happy with the deal and they all made it a great experience. On the way home, we all said next time we were looking for a pre-owned car, this was going to be the first place we looked. Well worth the 2 hour drive!

My car unfortunately was totalled out after an accident and I needed to find a new car immediately. Austin helped me find the perfect car in my price range and I couldn’t be any happier!
