I was recently in the store buying groceries. When I went to the self checkout, my coffee didn't ring up on sale. There was only one checker so I patiently waited for her to finish with another customer. I waited nearly 10 minutes for her to finish with the same customer. I could hear their interaction. Items were not ringing up correctly. The checker refused to fix the issue even though the customer was clearly right. She finally came over to assist me and refused to fix the price on my item. I double checked the shelf label before putting the item in my cart. I've worked retail for over 14 years so I know what I'm doing. She was rude and wanted to argue with me so I told her to just delete the item and I'd get it somewhere else. This is not the first time I've had employees in this store be rude to me and I've heard them talking badly about other customers in the past. Needless to say I've had enough of this location and I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Corporate really needs to straighten this store out. Horrible customer service.

If Waukon could "Hook" this food truck to the building to never leave I would eat there every single day. Best battered fish I've personally had since fish n chips while living abroad.

Seems like they are doing some remodeling but once it's done, this will have a nice flow to the layout.
