Rockweiler Appliance provides a helpful and exceptional service experience. The staff, including sales and delivery personnel, are wonderful, pleasant, professional, and very helpful. They answer questions thoroughly and are responsive. Customers are able to find appliances that work for their specific spaces and needs. The delivery staff does an amazing job, bringing in new appliances and taking out old ones, and they come prepared with the necessary tools. They can also arrange for later delivery times and handle installations, resolving issues timely. While most experiences are smooth, on occasion delivery can take longer than expected. Overall, Rockweiler Appliance offers great service that makes getting new appliances a positive experience.
