The documentation they make you submit is ridiculous. A bill I pay at the hospital needs documentation. Sometimes they ask for it again even after submitted. Meanwhile when picking up a prescription at a pharmacy, I could also buy candy, candles, batteries etc(I don’t), but they never ask for documentation for a purchase there. Completely illogical. Plus when you forget your password or username the website is useless for recovering it and you have to call them to fix it.

I submitted a claim via the app. They told me they had no record of the submission and due to being after the deadline there was nothing they could do. But it’s okay because I didn’t lose the money it just rolls over. Bs. If your app worked properly I wouldn’t have to worry. I will be cancelling next available opportunity. Additionally, I won’t have to worry about providing copious amounts of documentation for a charge at a doctors office but I’m never for any charge at Walgreens. Make that make sense.

This is the 1st time I decided to do this thru my employer and they use this company. I have now paid a radiologist, 2 hospitals and a chiropractor using my visa debit card and they have now forced receipts for each transaction. I've never had to do this with any other FSA plans I've had in past as it's CLEARLY medical experience when you are specifically paying a hospital.... I don't have time to be their bookkeeper on top of my work.

They have been great to work with. We never have any problems. Yes, we do have to send in some receipts Periodically. But they're always very good about helping because I can never figure out exactly what they need. All if Ihave to do is call them and they are right.there to help. I can highly recommend them to everybody Craig Small.

Terrible company to have a HSA with . They require receipts of every office visit along with denying things if they don't get every little piece of info they want. My current HSA hasn't asked me for anything , probably because they see the name of the business where the transactions occurred and realize its medical in nature. Please avoid .
