I've been with Verizon for well over 10 years. Brought in my own phone, which was a unique make/model. The rep Andrew not only recognized it but was super knowledgeable about Verizon's processes when the support hotline was unable to find a path forward. Andrew found a way helped me get the phone activated. That was easily the most pleasant experience I've had buying a new phone ever. My first phone was a Nokia 3310 for reference of how many phone experiences I've had.

Most worthless store there is. Got charged a fee to get the new phone started after already paying an activation fee. Tried to return the old phone to the store after receiving a new one and was told we have to go to Waterloo. Unless you have time to stand in the store and wait while looking for a new phone or to buy accessories they literally can not help you with anything else.

There was only 1 employee in store, yet Evan was able to multitask and help everyone in a timely fashion, while being polite and professional! I would recommend going to this store!

Evan was great! It took us about three hours from start to finish to get 2 new phones, 2 new lines, one trade in and buy out. This guy stayed over an hour after the store closed to make sure my son and his fiancée got their new phones set up.

Very impressed with our experience at Waverly Verizon! Shaliya (We think that is her name?) Is not only knowledgeable but went above and beyond to get us set up on our new phones and we love her fun personality. SHE IS TRULY AN ASSET to the business!

Scott did an excellent job! He contacted me to inform me of new plan options. He was able to add an additional line, phone & lower my monthly bill. Scott was friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. It was so convent to do all of this over the phone.

Tony absolutely saved the day for my wife and I, as we were both experiencing self induced software issues with our phones. In a minute or two, he recognized our problems and quickly made some adjustments. Issues solved! I would give him more than 5 stars, but that's the limit. We will definitely return to this store for all of our future needs. We are extremely greatful for Tony, his skills and his welcoming personality. He gets my vote for Verizon employee of the year!
