I saw a manager screaming at the girl in the floral shop. Unbelievably unprofessional. Maybe don't hire children to run your stores? Definitely don't disrespect the florist.

This Hy-Vee store in Waverly Is unpredictable. When they have weekend specials it's never stocked to last. They're usually out of some products the first day. Also you need to pay attention if you use manufactured or
Hy-Vee coupons it does not come off all the time, so double check. Also when you use self scan you don't always get the gas offer discount. I asked why is this. I was told to get the gas earnings you have to go to a checkout lane, because it doesn't always work on self checkout. Really!! With today's technology there's no reason why it shouldn't work! I understand businesses are short staffed, and when you ask for help. You're told whatever's on the shelf that's it. No, help at all!!
Oh, don't ever eat from the Chinese bar you can tell the food sits there for hours. When asking for fresh food, it's not available!! Everyday it's different. Depends who's working!!

I was extremely disappointed with my extremely wilted organic celery BUT Häagen-Dazs ice cream was on sale so that made my day. The store is always clean, lit very well, and the staff is friendly.
