Truck window would not go up, so he gave me an option to fix the motor or offered (for free) to just put the window up. Great business and company.

Above and beyond service by Ken, did it at 1/3 of the price of another mechanic. He gave me a visual representation of what he was going to fix on the car. Which was imo very clarifying.
