The only reason this store sucks is because they have a young incapable store leader who doesn't know how to be a good leader. You can see what I mean when you walk in and look at her, she ALWAYS looks extremely angry, unapproachable, and that's somehow what Kwik Star wants for a leader? That makes sense considering Kwik star as a company is going downhill. Why not replace her with someone who actually smiles at their customers? I'm not even referring to myself either, every single time I have seen her interact with any customer I always feel bad for the customer.

They treat me like family!
I have developed issues walking and the boss Wil and Mary,Mark,even the young guys that have just started go out of their way to make me happy.Rose thank you for making me feel special.The store is clean,if the Pepsi or distrubtor quit carries something and you need it Will make sure you have it the next time.

Every time I come in I receive horrible service from the worker Avian. They’re rude to me and make the experience worse. They seemed more interested in checking their phone than helping any of the customers in the store.

I wish I could give it no stars right now. Usually I love this location. However tonight was a horrible experience. My fiancé went in to get cigarettes for us, and there was two workers one blonde and one brunette. It took a while so I went in to ask my fiancé what was taking so long. For some reason the employees thought he couldn’t respond to me himself and the blonde told me they were short staffed (yet we were the only customers in the store) and the brunette decided to respond for him as well telling me about how she grabbed the wrong pack and so I told them how inappropriate it was for them to respond when I was speaking to my Fiancé. She decided to call the cops on me for that. However, jokes on her because telling her it was inappropriate for her doing that is not illegal. I will be making a formal complaint in the morning when management is in the store. Nobody should go into a store and not be able to speak to their significant other due to the employees. After leaving the store my Fiancé explained to me how uncomfortable he was because she stares at him anytime he goes there and she is there. She is a completely inappropriate employee to be working at a gas station. If corporate sees this, the event took place 01/08/2023 around 8:30-8:50 pm.

Went into kwik star today around 950 the worker was making out with her boyfriend behind the counter, and when checking us out threw are eggs in the bag and threw all are other stuff on top of them. She proceeded to give me a dirty look for taking them out to check to see if any happened to be broken. Super unprofessional will not be returning.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. But they rarely have bagels or pizza slices available. This is the closest Kwik star to my house so it would be great to get them here but instead I have to drive clear across town to the 4th st Kwik star to get a bagel in the morning. I’m not sure how to fix this.

This place is clean, great selection of breakfast items when I stop in the morning, easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and right now a British guy works there! Who doesn't want to talk to a polite British guy in the morning?!

The employees here do an amazing job. The prices are consistently low and the donuts are consistently delicious. Five stars all day.
