So tired of people that don't care... Need parts for cars from the 70s, smug kid says he doesn't know what they are, says not many that old on the road anyway, and they are before he was born. Didn't care to learn, just not interested. If you work in an auto store you should be an auto enthusiast.

I bought the wrong headlight replacement bulb and when I went back in Josh was very helpful and ensured I purchased the correct one and even installed it for me. He also helped me pick out new windshield wipers then install those for me as well. Great customer service!

Staff was very helpful. What I needed was in stock and I was able to purchase it right away. They even went outside in the cold weather to put the new part on my car for me. At no charge. ?

Used to be a great store. Covid forced them to adjust their hours but as of now (April 2022) they still close WAY too early. 6pm on a Saturday is ridiculous.

Needed a replacement low beam bulb for my 2012 Chevy Impala. Went to Walmart and Norbys first but they didn't have the one I needed. Went to O'Reilly's and started using the computer on the shelf for identifying wipers and lighting. A man (employee) in overalls behind the counter hollers what wipers do you need. I said I am looking for a low beam for my car. He hollers, "you are using the wrong thing" even though it clearly states wipers and lighting. He did end up helping me find my bulb but I thought he was rude and unprofessional. The conversations that were taking place while I was checking out were also crude and unprofessional. Going forward I will refrain from using O'Reilly's.

Terrible service. Definitely not customer friendly and could care less on customer feed back when calling to make a formal complaint. Ive been a loyal customer for years. The last 4 times ive recieved the wrong part, argued with an employee that didnt know anything about the type of part i was looking for, for 2 suvs. I do NOT recommend going there. Im taking my business else where.

I'd like to preface this by saying I am a complete novice when it comes to cars. However, when I do need to make a small repair, this is the place I go. I ask when where a specific part is, they show me, provide advice, and have me out the door in no time. They're not judgmental and very helpful. Prices are fair, the store is clean and organized, and if you cant find it, they're happy to help.

Often went here for small repairs or changes. Had asked one of the individuals to help with a battery changed since I didn't know exactly what to do, and ended up frying my alternator in the process. Went from a $200 repair to a $1000 dollars.I might still come here for parts or accessories, but never for any kind of service again.

Called ahead, they had the parts waiting for me. The cost was extremely fair. Had to do the repair in the parking lot, which was totally cool with them. When I didn't have two necessary tools, they let me use their personal ones. These guys were GREAT. THANK YOU
