Horrible customer service. Charged me 99 to do upgrade that didn't happen. Then didn't refund. Otterbox broke and they can't replace it. ZERO stars

We went to the store to get assistance dealing with a lost iPhone. They tried to sell us a new phone with no care about the issue of the lost phone. We went to Waterloo where they assisted us with how to report and told us we have device protection on that phone. If we buy a new phone, we will be buying in Waterloo.

Poor understanding of Internet devices. Eight months ago, I began a contract using an Inseego router through US cellular. The router stopped working correctly, and after trying all the trouble shooting measures, I took it back into the Waverly location. The representative tried to assist me, and then recommended that I buy out the contract for $272 or contact Inseego customer service. Inseego’s customer service is open M-F 8 to 5. After waiting the weekend, I contacted them on Monday and they informed me that the router was under warranty and that they would send a new unit to US cellular, and that US cellular would be contacting me. After I was not contacted, I reached out to US cellular’s general customer service number. They were less than helpful. I then stopped by the location. The next generation representative and myself contacted US cellular customer service. At that point, we were told that the issue should have been handled at next generation wireless under a warranty exchange and that it wasn’t the customers responsibility to call Inseego. He asked that I go home and get the router and come back and he would do an exchange. After driving home to get the router and coming back into the store, he asked if I had the original box. I’m not sure who holds on to a box for eight months, thinking there could possibly be a warranty issue. BUT REALLY… who keeps a box 8 months? When I told him I didn’t have the original box, he reached out to a manager, and told me he couldn’t assist me. I would need to go to an actual US cellular location, such as Cedar Falls. Who would want to return to this location? I will be dealing directly with Cedar Falls in hopes to find better customer service.

Not sure if they deliberately misinform their customers or don't know their jobs. I was told when I went in to upgrade my phones when they were doing the free phones that since my plan was an older plan that if we upgraded that my monthly payment would be less, but I wouldn't get the free phones. Ok. Now, I find out my monthly payment is higher and will only come down to the amount quoted to me if I set up automatic payments and enroll in paperless statements. I was also not happy about being talked into buying an accessory that I didn't need and of course couldn't get the money back because I brought it back on the 31st day. I can say that once this contract is up that I will getting a different cell phone provider. I have told the last 2 times that my bill would go down to only have it increase.

Amazing Experience! I have never went into a store and been greeted so quickly even though they were all with someone. They solved my problem and made my frustrating day much better and a breath of fresh air.

I was there for 45 min for the gal to tell me "we're just cashiers. We don't do anything to help with you phone". She wouldn't even change my address in the computer.
