Not sure if they deliberately misinform their customers or don't know their jobs. I was told when I went in to upgrade my phones when they were doing the free phones that since my plan was an older plan that if we upgraded that my monthly payment would be less, but I wouldn't get the free phones. Ok. Now, I find out my monthly payment is higher and will only come down to the amount quoted to me if I set up automatic payments and enroll in paperless statements. I was also not happy about being talked into buying an accessory that I didn't need and of course couldn't get the money back because I brought it back on the 31st day. I can say that once this contract is up that I will getting a different cell phone provider. I have told the last 2 times that my bill would go down to only have it increase.

Amazing Experience! I have never went into a store and been greeted so quickly even though they were all with someone. They solved my problem and made my frustrating day much better and a breath of fresh air.

I was there for 45 min for the gal to tell me "we're just cashiers. We don't do anything to help with you phone". She wouldn't even change my address in the computer.

I had questions about my bill last month and this month. Last month I called 611 and unfortunately there was a language barrier between the customer service rep and myself. However, I kept on the phone with her for about 2 hours and still didn't get my questions answered. When I looked at my bill today, I figured I'd just call the store and I spoke to Chris P. Let me tell you that man went above and beyond to figure out what was going on! He even told me to call him next month to let him know if the bill made sense to or not. I just wanted to tell him Thank you and let you all know how great he is!

I originally simply stopped in to pay a bill. However, Chris Perry noticed my cell phone and brought to my attention the promotion at the time. We got to talking and made me feel as though he really cared about his customers. He heard me mention my love for Apple products - especially the IPads. We discussed those products and I decided to go with two Apple items. However poor Chris was constantly being hounded by the manager Jake that people were waiting to be waited on and that Chris should hurry. By the end of my transaction Chris was so flustered. My point is that it’s very difficult to continue doing a great and personable job when being constantly hounded by another co-worker— especially a boss! Chris was a very thorough and caring and professional salesman. Please acknowledge his great job and appreciated customer service!
