The birthing center crew is top notch. We were disappointed and had a lot of issues with the clinic and outpatient surgery for ear tubes.

they r some great n wonderful people my doc Glascock he is so nice n he exsplains everything to u before he does it n then his stuff they feel like family when u walk into the office. n the mornin of my surgery they all was so nice n sweat I would recommend anybody to go to them I give them 10 stars

I feel so safe and secure every time I enter this building. I love my GP and all of my other interactions with staff have been fantastic. After living in NYC for two years it has been wonderful to experience the same big city care in a welcoming, positive environment. Thank you thank you for all you do!

We discussed our expectations for a provider at the 1st visit because my husband has type 1 DM. We discussed that we wanted a provider that would be able to take care of his diabetes and a few other medical conditions he has without going out to numerous specialists. She was great with everything we stated. We asked her to order a continuous blood glucose monitor specifically the dexacom because he suffers from hypoglycemia. Insanely rude RN named Trish, she was volatile and combative, deciding that verbal abuse/cursing was correct discourse with a visitor with sincere concerns about the safety of his family. Unfortunately those concerns were looked upon as "********** because of her own personal views.

The Doctor I had an experience with had terrible bedside manners, Obviously didn’t care about his patients, and was very rude. Did not try to do any testing and didn’t even take my temperature. He came into the room, put his hand on my forehead for half a second, and then says, “we’re going to give you a shot” (basically ibueprofin). Very unprofessional and lazy!

A giant shout out to all the health care pros at the Waverly Health Center in Iowa!!!!! Great care and personal attention from every one of them!! Dr. Todd and Linda in the emergency room were informative and very efficient, we thought we'd end up waiting for hours but were taken care of in less than 1/2 an hour. Our personal care nurse Carrayn and all the others (sorry I didn't write down names) were top notch!!! Cleanest hospital we've ever been in and excellent setting! Thanks to You All!!!

The birthing center nurses and doctors are fantastic as well as all other staff (anesthesiologist, lab, etc) We tranferred care to WHC at 32 weeks and have all positive comments. Dr. Martin delivered our baby and did a fantastic job. When comparing our experience here to our experience where our daughter was born, WHC way exceeded what we expected for birth #2.

I had a wonderful experience at the Waverly Health Center Walk In Clinic recently. From the friendly receptionist (poor gal was trying to work through IT issues) while checking in clients on a busy Sunday morning, to the nurse who was also friendly and relatable, then Carrie Evans (?) who treated me. She has a great bed-side manor, diagnosed/treated me efficiently and professionally and explained what to expect in the future. I highly recommend the service they offer in your time of need.

Waverly hospital is a amazing hospital!!! I have always gone to Covenant, but followed my Dr to Waverly and heard lots of great things about the hospital so I decided to have my surgery there...even if it was 45min from home, the nurses and everyone was wonderful very 1 on 1and very caring and compassionate! I will definitely refer Waverly over any over hospital! Thanks for taking great care of me and my husband and even my lil baby during my stay! I appreciate it more then I can say!

We are in Waverly visiting family, and our seven-year-old was hurt while playing at a baseball diamond. We brought her to the ER to make sure she did not have a concussion, and the entire staff was awesome! Everyone who came in the room talked to my husband and I and then explained everything to our daughter on a level she would understand. While we were leaving, our daughter said, "Mom, that was a really nice place! It felt like everyone was my friend!" Her sweet testimonial says it all! Thank you for taking such good care of our daughter!
