“Honestly the best experience we've had so far with service/repair to our RV!!!
We had the unfortunate experience a couple weeks ago with another vehicle that was parked illegally and ended up causing damage to our rear most drivers side window. Good Life RV was so incredibly helpful with the whole replacement process!!
We initially called them to see if they would cover the window hole while we waited for the replacement since it's getting chilly here and we are full time in our RV - they helped us cover it, same day, at no charge.
They dealt with our insurance and with all the different parts that needed procurement and replacement (our back seal/corner took some minor damage as well) and kept us in the loop the whole time! They also updated us as soon as parts came in!
We were notified on a Wednesday evening that our window came in (the last piece!) and we were able to call and get scheduled for Thursday morning! They estimated 2 work days but were able to get it done in 1 - 1.5 even with the mandatory wait times to avoid putting wet paint on wet filler. We were less than 36 hours without our RV!!
On top of all that and the amazing service we received they also topped off our 30lb propane tank for a great price, ensured our tires were to manufacturer suggested pressure, filled our fresh water tank, and even washed the outside of the RV! We don't know if this is because we are like full-time or if this is just their normal practices.
Overall/TLDR: We can't recommend them enough!! They saved the day and we will be planning to have any of our RV service done here with them in the future because of this amazing experience and the trust we have in them!!”
