“Went in today to see if I could upgrade early ( because why not ?) and thanks to Dixie and Jaylen I could. They both gave me so much new information and told me about bundles I didn’t even know existed. Even when the price was a little out of my spending budget, they helped me with that. During the long process of upgrading ( because technology is slow sometimes ) my daughter, who’s 3, wanted to be entertained. With me being a little stressed about a new purchase, both team members played with my daughter. It went as far as them playing hide and seek with her while I got my new phone set up. Now I have a happy daughter, a cool new phone, and amazing deals for my streaming services. Very very very happy with today !”
