We were traveling from Des Moines and started having car troubles just outside of West Bend. Gave Don a call and he was able to see us within 5 minutes, and had the problem fixed in 15. Don is fair and honest and does not attempt to sell you parts and perform services unless your vehicle absolutely needs it. He is very knowledgeable and l feel totally comfortable with his service/repairdecisions and prices.
