Got estimate for my truck. Made appointment, dropped off truck night before. 730 amappointment. Get call 5:00 pm. Done but wait until morning. $200.00 more than estimate. Looking reicept. 1 part mark up 8 times. 2 nd part mark up 6 times. Explain shop supplies. 42.00 and change. Am I buying your shop 5 dozen rags. Case of spray lube. We have bought, service from west branch Ford. Dozen vehicles thru the years. Since Browns bought out Brad. To me greed. Will not buy another vehicle. My wife's car has extended warranty. Will have oil changes. Because of being close. If any warranty work I'll take another Ford dealership. I have been Ford my whole life. This just makes me ashamed.

We had an excellent experience at West Branch Iowa Ram dealership. We broke down while traveling across the country. Todd was so friendly and helpful- He took our truck right in, overnighted parts, and fixed it the next day. They communicated well with us and did their best to get us on the road again. We felt like they really cared about our situation and did their very best to help us.

We came to Brown's to work with Tim because we had such a great experience last time working with him. We didn't feel pressured and he wasn't hiding anything about the cars that we were interested in. He also was able to get us an awesome deal on our trade in. Allie was also super helpful and very friendly. Much more relaxed and comfortable purchasing experience than the last dealership we dealt with.

Service Department is awesome. I purchased my Jeep from a different dealership and had always gone there for service needs. Recently I had an issue and was told it would take two weeks to get the Jeep looked at. I scheduled an appointment and within a week The performance of my Jeep had deteriorated to the point that I nearly got stranded. My previous dealership got me in on an emergency basis and after waiting nearly two hours I was told that my battery was bad ($400 for a new one) and then was given the news that the battery didn't fix the issue. I kept my appointment the following week. I told them that since they replaced the battery my navigation had me in Topeka Kansas instead of Iowa City Iowa. I was told that this had nothing to do with the battery being replaced. Funny that it worked before they messed with my battery. I was given a quote for $1700 to fix the issues. When I refused, they proceeded to negotiate down the price...I paid the diagnostic fee and called a different mechanic who referred me to Brown's. Todd and Joe were a breath of fresh air. They got me in for diagnostics the same day I called, treated me like a human, diagnosed the issue properly (didn't need as much as I was previously quoted) and fixed my issues. There is no question that I will be returning to Brown's if I have any issues moving forward.

I can not say enough about how thankful I am for the guys at this dealership! I was traveling through with my 17yo son and had stopped for snacks at the Casey's next door, only to realize my tire had gone completely flat. My roadside assistance said that I would have to tow the car and gave me the suggestion of Brown's. I called up the dealership and instead of me having it towed 0.2 miles (literally behind Casey's) they sent over Robert (with an hour left before closing) with a jack. He was able to take off my tire, take it back to the dealership, fix not one but two holes (saving me from buying a tire) I am so very thankful that he was there and able to fix the tire, we were 3hrs away from home, on a 9 1/2 hour trip! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My kid and I know there are kind people in this world because of you!

We had some car problems on our way to family Thanksgiving. We got off on this exit and stopped in to see if there’s anyway they could look at our vehicle. Even though it was the day before Thanksgiving and they were busy, they took a look at it and got us back on the road within a couple hours! Great service that helped us get on our way and make it to family Thanksgiving.
